LET’S MAKE IT INTO A FEATURE!! THIS IS A SHOCK FILM!!

Terror In Tinseltown (2022) is an erotic surreal horror short film/POC designed to get full production on the feature film version entitled Titz & Zhombies. This film is terrifying, sexy, and shocking and offsets the monotony of predictable binge-watching. We’re glad to say the full-script is completed, first-dollar in, and now we’re looking for an amazing producer and others to join us to take the project to it’s next level.

PRODUCTION NOTES & PUBLICITY STILLS

For this project, we partnered up with Special FX artist from the award-winning series The Walking Dead (2010-2022). The Special FX crew was led by Internationally renowned body painter and Special FX artist Rio Sirah. Rio’s work has been featured in Russell Crowe’s The Good Guys (2016), Deon Taylor’s Meet the Blacks 2 (2021) and most notably on the Second Season of Skin Wars to name a few.

I discovered that many investors and studios were having a difficult time picturing what I meant by a zombie film created Black Pulp style. They kept thinking I meant a Romero-styled zombie that eats brains. Through this project Terror in TInseltown (2022) I used this seed money to showcase our unique crying, jittering zombie (which I call a Zhombie; zombies that sob.) These creatures are more of a tormented, tortured soul than the living dead. Production took 4 days. The monster make-up process took 4 to 5 hours a day.

We crafted some of the roughest toughest girl characters from South West Atlanta, Slauson Ave, and Inglewood California, and put them in a House of 1000 Corpses (2003) kind of setting. This film takes a Russ Meyer approach and blends it with Surreal Horror and a little bit of an Adult Swim Dark Comedy. Even though it is what’s called a Shock film, we created it in such a way that it still has mainstream appeal. The entire mindset and process of the making of this project was filmed and put into a documentary series called The H in Zhombie Stands for Horror. This documentary will be available for purchase in Spring 2022.
